Couch - Queen Sleeper - perfect for hosting!

Dimensions: 83” W x 37” D x 35” H Great couch, but will not fit in new space. Queen bed is very comfortable - and used with bedding only a few times. Small tear on one side (see image). Located in second floor of walk up - will need to bring someone to help for pick up.
