70” Sofa

Purchased for $630 on Wayfair a little less than a year ago. Velvet material. Cleans very easily. Dimensions are 70" width x 31" deep (21" seat depth) x 29" tall (8" underneath storage). Pick up only. *PLEASE NOTE that I live on the fourth floor of a walk-up. Pick up is directly from the unit. You will be responsible for bringing the sofa downstairs (I can breakdown the sofa beforehand if that would help!)
