It can be flipped over to be completely on the floor (and have no space underneath) OR flipped around to be a little higher like pictured(good for additional storage). Comes with slats and can be used with any standard crib mattress. Like new (our 3YO prefers ti co sleep).
You will get bed frame only with the slats (mattress and bedding not included).
