Purple white frilly dress for swing dance?

Might be a swing dance dress / dress for some sort of dance? It fans out nicely when you twirl and I think I remember that’s what the box said when I bought it Not sure about size maybe M/L, feel free to ask for measurements! Never worn. Comes with a hardish belt but the belt is crinkled in many places. Cash and pickup only please
