2000 Honda Civic EX Sedan

I have for sale a 2000 Honda civic ex, with 142,000miles the car was my uncles and he passed it to me, new battery, so far I’ve done spark plugs (ngk) distributor coil, distributor O-ring, spark plug cables (denso) valve cover gasket with spark plug tube seals, oil change done. All 3 belts ps, a/c, and alternator. Timing belt done at around 130k. Inner and outer tie rods. Pads and rotors replaced, A/c doesn’t work it needs compressor clutch. Just replaced upstream oxygen sensor. I’m asking $4000 NO TRADES.
