This is a vintage ThinKmetric car litter bag from the Province of British Columbia Ministry of Highways and Public Works. It shows both "NEW" and "OLD" speed limits in km/h and MPH, along with exit speed signs. It's a neat piece of BC road history! Printed in July 1978 Selling for $20.
