Dark Brown Futon Sofa Bed – Great Condition – $140 Beautiful dark brown futon sofa bed in excellent condition. No rips, tears, or damage. Clean and well maintained. Dimensions: * Width: 66” * Depth: 36.5” * Height when completely flat: 14” * Height with backrest in Position 1: 24” * Height with backrest in Position 2: 29.5” The backrest has 2 adjustable positions, so it can be used as a sofa, lounge, or completely flat as a futon/bed. Legs: * 4 sturdy metal legs * The bottom of each leg has a protective, non-metal cap/cover designed to help prevent scratching or damaging the floor ⚠️ Important: The futon CANNOT be disassembled. Pickup only. $140. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is NO elevator - narrow stairs only. This futon is heavy and cannot be carried by one person. You MUST bring at least 2 people to move it. I have an injury and cannot help carry or move the futon, so please make sure you bring someone who can help with the entire move from the apartment. If you arrive on time for the scheduled pickup, I’ll let it go for $120. Please only contact me if you can arrange for at least 2 people and are able to carry the futon down from 3rd floor.
