Belagio Convertable sleeper sofa

I love this sofa but it doesn't match my new space. (First picture is from my previous apartment) Pet free, smoke free and child free home. No stains! Dimensions: 88"w x 33"d x 27"h (the seat back cushions make it ~35"h). Chaise depth is 55" and chaise is removable for easier transportation There is a slight tear in the fabric that I have hand stitched (see last 2 slides). It is not visible either in the seated or bed position, only while converting the sofa.
