Grey Sectional Couch, three months old.$750 selling for 500.

I am selling my couch, ordered two by mistake. I paid $750 selling for $500. has not been used at all, I have another couch, that I use instead. Smoke free/pet free home, was taken out of the box. last week. I was hoping to send it back tthe company, but it is to expensive to ship back, so I am selling, at a loss. I live in an elevator building. the sectional is 110 inches long and 53 inches wide 36 inches tall, it is very comfortable. Separates into two pieces for easy transportation.
