Medium Ramekin Bowl is 7 3/8" wide and 3 1/4" high. The 4 smaller bowls have 3 3/8" wide openings and are 1 3/4" tall. Being genuine stoneware, they each have heft and weight. No skinny plastic to worry about here. Especially if you decide to put them in the oven to make Ramekins & Souffles as intended.
