Rest periods can be adjusted from 10 seconds to 90 seconds, in 5 second increments. An Interval period during rounds can be set for 0 to 60 seconds, in 5 second steps. Volume control has 4 different levels. A Pause feature allows instant break at any time. Multi-cadence beeps indicate round beginning and ending. A single distinct beep indicates interval period. Can be used as just a round timer, or incorporate interval workouts in your training for added speed, power and endurance benefits.
