Wine Missy with Rosettes 15/16 Dress

Wine Missy with Rosettes15/16 Dress. I never fit this, yet feel it's too pretty to give away. I never even got to wear it, so it's New. Was tempted to tailor it myself to fit me, but afraid I'll make it worse by lowering it's value and not being able to fit anybody or even fix. This is a dress for Prom or a Wedding if not any occasion.
