Multi grain bread loaves

Two loaves of bread. One is a multigrain rye bread from President's Choice. The other is a sprouted whole grain bread with 16 grains and seeds. Both are Frozen. Just found out I have gluten intolerance and need to make room in my freezer Just bought a week ago or so.
