Comfortable fold out futon (clean, pest free!)

Old (~15 years) but good condition futon. Never received heavy use. Folds out for sleeping, cream cotton twill cover. Clean, from pest-free home. Dog does live in home for those with severe allergies. It's 64in long, 45 deep, and the back is 36 tall. Surprisingly comfortable! Originally $300.
