1996 Evinrude 28 HP SPL Long Shaft outboard boat motor in Excellent condition. Low Hours this was my son’s motor which he Used 2 seasons on a pontoon on a small lake for fishing. He purchased it from the Original Owner who used it for 4 seasons but due to health reasons pulled it off the boat and stored it in the basement for 2 decades with hopes of using it again before he sold it to my son.
