Apple watch ultra 3

Don't know much about it aside the price new in a box. I had bought it off my friend but can't use it since I don't even have a apple device. I assumed I was able to connect to my android 😂 also hand black bands. Was new in the box. Have everything for it. Opened it just to try and connect with my phone but I'm a dummy. New is 800 but I'd rather make something back. Willin4g to work with $ if offered sooner. Also would trade for laptop
