An awesome ladies rich and formal evening wear outfit comprising of a skirt and blouse in a gorgeous royal blue color in a rare and hard to find Plus Size 20-22W. The top with padded cups and shoulders comes just below the waist while the skirt tailored so well that it fits snugly around the hips and flares out a bit to end right below the knees to give you the right balance between formal and ooh la la sexy.
