It’s unbranded, no labels or tags to indicate what material it is but it looks like a faux leather with a satin interior.
It has a zippered compartment in the back and inside the bag.
Size is 5” x 10”
It’s quite old/vintage but unused which is why I’m selling it for $5 or best offer.
