Metal Wardrobe Cabinet with Mirror

Selling a metal wardrobe cabinet. It's brown and has some wear and tear. It has a mirror on one door, a shelf and a closet rod inside. Wear and tear: Tape residue on the front doors. There is paint and scratches on the side. The shelf metal paint seems to be chipping away. There is no key available for the cabinet, but the doors can be opened. Some dents on the bottom of the wardrobe. Pick up instructions: I will need assistance carrying the wardrobe down. I live on the 5th floor and there is no elevator in the building.
