Modern Pokemon Binder (Ex, IRs, Sirs, Promos, Trainers)

Selling my modern Pokémon card collection as one complete lot. The binder itself is INCLUDED with the collection and asking price. The binder contains a variety of modern cards, including Prismatic Evolutions, Ascended Heroes, Trainer cards, SIRs, promos, and other modern hits. Cards have been binder-kept and are generally in Near Mint condition. Please review the photos and judge condition for yourself. I AM SELLING THE ENTIRE BINDER AS ONE COLLECTION. I am not looking to split individual cards or sell specific pages separately. Reasonable offers are welcome, but I am not interested in lowball offers, vendor percentages, or offers significantly below the value of the collection simply for the buyer’s resale margin.
