New Dog coat #freecycle

Ordered and it came and doesn't fit my dog. I have a Cocker Spaniel dog, very furry. Size is 3XL, will fit a smaller dog or a dog with less fur.. Only paid $4,50 for it, so free to a dog that will fit into it. Brand new, never worn, only tried on. Free, pick up only please.
