Does not include Tenants Insurance. Fenced back yard. Bus Stop in front of house. 10 minute car ride to U of A. No Frills, 1 minute car ride or 9 minutes walk. Southgate Mall 5 min car ride. No couples, employed or students, fixed income is ok. Smaller rooms with no bathroom are $600, bigger is $650, with ensuite bathroom is $700.
