Authentic Johnson Brothers "Greydawn" gravy boat. This is the iconic pale blue-grey ironstone produced in Hanley, England. Due to the lack of a backstamp, this specific piece is consistent with "Utility Ware" produced during the WWII era (circa 1939-1945). Condition Report: Flaws: One significant chip on the underside of the base rim (see photos). Wear: Visible surface wear and light crazing consistent with a 1940s kitchen piece.
