Girls' Navy Blue Ruffle Sleeve Dress

Navy blue dress with ruffle sleeves and white buttons. Simple, solid-coloured style. These size 8 dresses are a very thin light polyester. Unfortunately on one of them 2 of the lower buttons are missing. Those buttons are aesthetic only and don’t function to do the dress up. $7 for the full & $5 for the dress with the missing buttons.
