Local artist signed acrylic painting

I have this painting that is from a local artist. I think it's acrylic. It's signed on the bottom right.. Was framed from a place at 78 Geneva st. Now a laundry mat. The back has the artist name and address.. I don't know anything about her but someone might. The frame looks like it's been painted and painted on the edge of the frame, see pictures... Measurements are in pictures..
