Private room for rent

One of two rooms available for January 1st. Utilities and internet included in rent. Very big house (6 rooms total) in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location: walking distance to Library, Skytrain, Safeway, London Drugs, Dollar Store, tons of restaurants along Kingsway. Landlord is very nice and responds super quickly if you need anything, but lives off site and is happy to leave you alone as long as rent is paid. Roommates are all clean and quiet professionals who are nice but mostly keep to themselves.
