Kobalt 675EX Series Lawnmower- Project

Kobalt 675EX Series push mower. It's powered by a Briggs & Stratton 190cc engine with 6.75 torque. Someone gave it to me to fix and sell, but not sure when I can get to it. Pulled cord and engine went tight, don't know anything else about it. Logistics: Located in Bridlewood, kanata (K2M). Can deliver for a fee depending on location and my availability.
