Gaming PC wanted for beginner

Im currently looking for a beginner gaming desktop computer for my grandson for xmas. Specs im looking for are in 1st picture. He's 8 and just started to learn coding and building games, but we need something at home so he can continue his and grow his passion. I have an old Dell computer with windows 10 so I cant even update it to windows 11. Would anyone be willing to upgrade my computer to meets the specs I need in the picture, or use my computer for parts etc to help pay to for a newer gaming computer. I also have multiple Dell desktop and Dell laptop sticks of memory I can throw in to help with the cost. Last resort to help pay for system I have then first version of Doom by micro star 1993 and a Bradley games ultimate Doom tricks and tips book.
