Ariens snow throw snowblower

Snow blower has flat tires and I can get it sunning only in summer but when winter comes it harder to start it. If you want a little project. *The blower needs a electric starter if you don't have a heated garage or it wont start during winter and the pull cord needs to be fixed. 175$ OBO
