Eg mom, dad, couple, kids, room mates, friends, sisters, brothers, family, etc. - can you tell me which of the applicants and or persons to be living there are working and type of employment. Eg. Work from home, full time, part time, and how many years with employer are any applicants still in school. - please be aware that absolutely no pets are allowed due to shared ventilation and allergies. - absolutely no smoking or vaping due to allergies. -parking is for one larger car or van or 2 small cars - garbage cans and recycling bins in the garage is ok. - there is a small loft in the garage for light storage. - first and last month's rent - references for personal, financial and employers are required.
