Sportaville London 1950’s Flocked Circle Skirt

Rare 1950’s find! I do not know the fabric or size and therefore have included measurements, and photos of the inside of the skirt. The flocking is in fairly good condition with some spots slightly faded/worn. Measurements with the skirt laying flat: Waist 13” Length: 27” Local pickup west end Toronto.
