2011 Nissan Rogue - Sold As Is

It runs and no lights on the dash. Cars paint is not perfect and there is some rust on the side panels and underneath but the undercarriage is pretty solid for a 14 year old car. Colour is a purple/maroon but shows black on registration. Inspected in the fall of 2024 and I have the paper (see picture). A/C does not work, needs a compressor. New front tires as of December 2024 and back tires are a couple years old. Door lock doesn't open from outside on drivers side, needs an actuator replacement. New CV axles as of Fall last year as well. Front brakes and rotors done about a month ago.
