LiteOn ATX Power Supply PS-5281-7VR

This is a LiteOn ATX power supply unit, model PS-5281-7VR. Taken from a Lenovo ThinkCentre. Some of the wires have been cut (not sure why?). Looks like it's missing the standard ATX 4 PIN CPU connector. I plugged it into my power supply tester and it still worked. I think you could probably convert it into a lab bench power supply.
