Comes in the original box. Brand new battery! Excellent on pet fur, dirt, hair, etc. The dirt and fur gets collected and gets self emptied into the hepa bag which is only changed every 2-3 months. Fully serviced, thoroughly cleaned for the next owner! The cleaning can be customized to your preferences to have it vacuum certain rooms and in a certain order and for how much (ie deep clean). Vacuum only or vacuum and mop - you decide! Brand new battery, new mop pads, brand new brushes, new side brush, new hepa filters and new hepa bags.
