LG 12000 BTU portable air conditioner Move it room to room as needed Too big for my small bachelor apt (I’m going for a window A/C to get some more space). Cools quickly with powerful fan (High & Low setting), in addition to 2 settings for cooling (high & low) PLUS a 3rd setting “DRY” for dehumidifier. Only available for pickup @1637 Victoria Park Ave. Note: No Elevator so will need to come up/down 3 sets of 8 stairs (24 steps total). There is a slot on each side for lifting/carrying.
