The clock face is warping up a little bit in a few spots due to either aging or moisture, but barely noticeable. Actually the stainless steel ring is brand new. I bought a new one and swapped the ring because i like the old one better, this new one is too shiny. So you are getting the new stainless steel ring with the used clock face.
