Large room is available in a shared townhouse in a quiet and safe location in NE Calgary (Village Square). House is furnished but you will need to furnish your room. All utilities, including the internet, will be included in the rent. Just bring your personal items! Lease is one year, and one month is required as a security deposit. The maximum number is 2 persons in the room.
