Compare at $900 plus tax for a new HM200. Model HM200 in midnight blue. Unit in good condition with a few scuffs/scratches. No dents, or cracks, unit is in perfect working order. 3 fan speeds. IMPORTANT: The filter is rated for 5 years. I used this unit for about 3.5 years and it has been stored unused for the past 2 years. I would guess to be safe that the filter should be replaced in a year. The filters are expensive: $400 plus tax (read below about the filter and you can understand why it's expensive) I've seen new filters on kijiji listed at $200 - you should take steps to verify that they are authentic Austin Air. 3rd party new filters are available from Amazon - read the reviews to see if it's worth the compromise (they won't be as good as the original). Selling because I have several Venta Air Cleaners throughout the house that work better for my needs. If you're willing to invest in a new filter, even at $400, it lasts 5 years and Austin Air is one of the top manufacturers of high end air purification and if you have need for more effective filtration for allergies or asthma the Healthmate has lots of positive reviews from users.
