Honey & Co - MENA Cookbook

This is one of my (many) cookbooks focused on the Middle East. I lived there for years, and this one in particular is from a restaurant in London that has a focus on the flavours of the Levant. Pulls beautiful recipes from Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Israel into one cookbook. It's a great cookbook, but thinning out my collection, which is quite excessive.
