Y2K maxi black and pink polka dot pencil fitted skirt, XL

Vintage 90s maxi long fitted pencil skirt. Gives me Y2K Betsey Johnson vibes! Size XL but please see measurements also. Photographed on size 8 mannequin (it is a bit roomy for it!) Also, there is stretch in the waist as well as in the fabric. Elastic waist. Black with light pink polka dots and the bottom just black. A little pink flower at approximately knee high just above the front side slit. Made in Canada. Acetate and lycra. Preowned, in very good condition. Questions welcome.
