Bottles and shields only used once. I used Momcozy hands free system. Spare sealing discs, and valve parts, along with NEW Philips Avent bottles and nipples are included which are compatible with these parts. Madela breast shields are compatible with this parts too. Momcozy V2 Pro (60$ if only buying this) Pump is great for on-the-go. Light weight, and battery lasts for about five 20-30 minutes sessions. Handsfree collection system is compatible with Spectra. Connects directly with Spectra, no tube hacking or attachments needed. Connections for single and both sides pumping. There are 17mm, 19mm and 21mm flange inserts and NEW spare valves. Phillips Avent pump (30$ if only buying this) Smaller and lighter than Spectra and it comes with convenient travel bag so it's great back up pump for when transporting the Spectra is not convenient and you need more suction than Momcozy does. Tubing is compatible with Spectra and with spare parts can be comined with Medela shields. Medela Symphony Duble Pumping Kit (15$ if only buying this) This kit is for Medela Symphony breast pump which is the most common breast pump provided in canadian hospitals. When using the spare parts from Spectra package, the shields and bottles are compatible with Spectra. Also compatible with narrow neck Dr Brown's bottles. Medela Harmony Manual pump (10$ if only buying this. If not taking Medela Symphony, you'll need to buy new shield) Great for weaning from pumping. Also very convenient when on-the-go and when power source is not always available (camping, airplane...). Shield same as for Medela Symphony.
