Peperomia Needs TLC

Save my plant! My Peperomia is not thriving: it has few leaves with some browning on the edges. Some of the leaves have fallen off. It's pesticide free. I'm told it likely needs repotting; it's possible improper watering was the issue or maybe not enough light. Basically it needs TLC.
