Jack Skellington Neck Piece

This is the iconic neck piece of Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas. They are made of black and white striped fabric. They are perfect for any Halloween costume or cosplay. there are bendable arms inside of the long pieces to shape any way you want it. The neck piece is velcro and can come out.
