Why am I getting rid of it? Just moved to a new place, with the new internet provider they don’t allow a true bridge mode so I decided to put it up for sale. I’m the second owner, the first was someone off of fb marketplace also. I used it for just under a year. The warranty is up but can be extended via monthly payments through NETGEAR. You will however get 1 month of the armour software as a trial. Things I loved about it super fast, I loved the gui backend (I used it to set it up not the app). Very easy to use Fast!!!! Things I wish it did better I wish the backend had even more customizable features. It already has a ton but just a few more woulda been nice. Also you can’t run your own vpn client on this which I didn’t like but you can use netgears. Other things: Make sure you follow the set up instructions to a T. For example, I lost hours of my life because I didn’t read that I had to unplug the old modem before connecting this one and I always threw it and myself over the balcony :-) learn from my mistakes! Who I think it’s a good fit for: First time users (just stick to basic configuration) Novice users (you’ll love the advanced section of the gui) Who I think would be disappointed: Expert users or if you’ve owned an asus and enjoy Merlin’s features and customizability. Note on price: RETAIL: $700 Now on sale: $500 My price is fair I think so no need to ask me what the best price is, I’ve done the research so you don’t have to. Market fair value is really a thing - for those folks who see a number and just wanna jump in lower. Not everything is a fleamarket that runs on fleamarket rules! I wish it were! Haha And yes, if the ad is up, it’s not because I think it’d written so cutely that I want the world to read it.. it’s because Yes, yes it is still available :)
