Tow-Behind Utility Cart

Steel utility cart is black with a metal frame and a ball hitch coupler. The cart has significant rust on the interior bed, exterior panels, and frame. Both tires are flat. Not sure if these tires are for the cart but if you want, you can have with the cart.
