Charcoal 2-Piece Sectional with Chaise – Leon’s Paragon – $275 O

Selling my Leon’s Paragon 2-piece sectional (left-facing chaise) in charcoal. Bought brand new from Leon’s Abbotsford in July 2024 for $899. Still very comfortable and solid overall. Perfect size for a living room or basement. Honest condition notes: Some seams on the seat cushions have started to open. Bottom dust cover / fabric under the sofa is torn in places. Doesn’t affect how it sits, but it’s not perfect. Easy fix if you want to stitch it or throw a cover on it. Overall L-shape with chaise. Chaise side + main sofa section. Pickup in west Abbotsford (near station road). Can help load it in your vehicle. Price is firm-ish but open to reasonable offers. Message if interested!
