2006 Northwoods Nash 22ft 4 season rv trailer

Hi i have a Quality used 22 ft 4 season, in floor heated and tanks heated Rv for sale. Bought for 17000 in May of 2022, lived in for a year, very good trailer, kept me warm in minus 50, and cool in summer. It needs about $2000 in work done, thats why im selling so cheap for 6000cash. Come fall it goes back up to 8000. It needs a new bedroom fan, kitchen faucet, awning clip, and broken small window, back bumper bent, it will take a couple days to have trailer back to original condition, These are very good quality trailers.Pulls straight, no rust anywhere, no leaks or water or structure damage.
