Newly refinished ikea applaro folding chair and bistro table The 2 applaro chairs have been sanded down removing the old stain. The ikea varda stain was applied to restore its color. A polyurethane tip coat was applied to protect the stain. The table top has been sanded down removing the old paint. New stain and top coat was also applied. The bistro table is solid wood. It is not from ikea and due to the different species of wood, the stain came out a bit more orange. Both chairs are structurally strong with a new stain and tip coat to offer more durability. Please note, there is 1 warped wood peice on the seat of 1 chair. It is minor. Also 1 wood damage that i filled in with wood glue and filler on the second chair.
