Room for rent

One private room is available for rent in a three-bedroom house on the second floor. The other two rooms are currently occupied by two girls, so we are preferably looking for a female tenant. The rent is $525+20% utilities . The house is located at Watt Blvd, and a bus stop is just a two-minute walk away. All other necessary amenities are also conveniently within walking distance.
