Brand New water resistant summer swimsuit dress S-M

Brand New, never used, swimsuit cover dress. It’s free size, but it fits more like a small-medium. It can be worn out normally too, the buttons on the bottom of the dress are just for style and cannot be opened. The waist is cinched for style. And it has elevated cuffs which gives a very elegant shoulder shape. It’s warm and great for spring or for a day out at the beach. Comes from a smoke free, pet free home :)
